Hello Luvies,
woke up this morning with a headache and feeling kinda blah. It's TTOM and I guess I'm just feeling sorry for myself. OH is working today and the kids are home today. OH rang and asked us to come down to the station for lunch. My eldest son was with a friend, so off I went with sons no. 2 and 3 to the station to have lunch with their dad. They love going to the station, so do I, they all are a great mob and all of us have become close. Had a good talk to Linda (she is a firey/ex nurse, she still does nursing on her days off). I told her that my weight loss is taking a very long time to be gone. She gave me a big talking too. She said to me that because I'm *ahem* not very tall and that I'm at the tail end of my weight loss it might take a little longer for me to lose these remaining kilos. It's good to hear someone else tell you "what's your hurry, keep at it, do what you have to do, weight slowly coming off is better than weight gain". So plod along I shall my amigos, I might be around for a very long time. Mel reading your post last night was also a gentle reminder that there are worse things that can happen, don't focus on the little crappy things that happen, look at how fortunate we really are!
Anyway enough with the blues talk, the kids had a great time at the station and get soooo spoilt by everyone. They had a ride in one of the pumps and I took some snap shots. As soon as I figure out how to put them on the computer, I'll post some of them. Hee hee the boys look so tiny in the trucks, so cute.
Have a lovely Anzac Day girls and will chat soon.
Luvs and hugs
A
