Sunday Sunday

Hello Luvies, spent the day today in the garden. I pulled out most of the tired summer annuals (and weeds) except for 1 last flower bed. It started to rain so I had to pack it all in. Poor OH is working today after doing a night shift last night, there is a tummy bug going around the station and not enough senior officers to man the shifts, so OH being a senior officer had to pull a double shift, The poor ol fireys have been called out to a few "not so nice at all" jobs lately. Don't know how they do it, but they do, bless their cotton socks!!!

My big baby, Tim, went out and mowed the front lawn. I didn't ask him to do it, he just said that he wanted to help his dad out. Hmmmmmm who are you and what have you done with my son??!! Beware of teenagers baring gifts and doing chores around the house, they want something, done something wrong, broken something or there is a behaviour report in his school bag that he hasn't shown me yet. I told him "thanks darl" and he said "no probs" and he hasn't asked for anything yet. "Everything ok at school?" I ask, "yep" says he. I'm afraid, very afraid ...... hee hee. Maybe he is growing up and showing some responsibilty ....... I'm still afraid! I shouldn't complain about Timbo, he really hasn't given us any grief. Some of the stories I have heard from other parents with teenagers makes you want to run away and hide!!!! Apart from all the family stuff, had a chat with vino bud last night on msn. You make me laugh Trace! Got another sticker on my good girl chart yesterday, Yay!! Hope to get another one today. Been visiting all the gorgeous girls blogs, you are all amazing. Steph, my kids love your blog, they are in awe of you and your creativity. All of them being art/drawing challenged they love your drawings and the little cakes you have made. I must admit, I'm a fan too!! hee hee

Must go luvies and sort out a healthy dinner, OH will be home soon, hurray!!! Havn't seen him in 24 hours.
