I have just eaten chocolate. I just can't get my act together. I saw Margaret (a friend) yesterday and she is having some serious family issues. I really feel for her and her family. I can't help it, but it has affected me and hence the chocolate snack.
Ok, I've recognised my emotional eating and now I'm going to do something about it. I've put it down in my points diary and concentrate now on doing the right thing to correct it. Going out in the garden now for some serious weed pulling. I've got son number 3 home today, no kindy till Friday.

You are to damn nice woman! We are sooooo going to crack a bottle ( or nine) of our Fav Brothers. Actaully POINTS BE DAMED make that a definate nine!
Dont forget your an inspiration to alot of people including me so write down your feelings and take that machete into the garden and get slashing!
