Oooooooooooo wah, I've been so baaaaad. Very, very bad, I did move to the dark side yesterday. Went over points, didn't exercise and I did have some choccie. I know what drew me to the dark side, a very unpleasant day. Helping a friend get through a family funeral is most unpleasant (it's the only polite way I can think of to put it). But, my dear friend Margaret, you did it, you coped, you did it with style and dignity, now give yourself time to heal!!!!!
So pleased to see things are working out for Vino Bud! Good to have you back buddy of mine, I missed you heaps! Have to track down Bella, havn't spoken to her for ages and yes vino bud it's about time to have a natter and a giggle. It's a brand new day and I'm back on track. TTOM is nearly due and I'm really really really dreading facing the Scale Gods on Monday, I can feel them frowning down at me now!

Oh Calamity I hear ya! I have had the worst week and am dreading tomorrow morning weigh in instead of looking forward to it :)
But hey lets hop back on the wagon together and leave this week behind where it belongs - in the past :)
