
I'v been having a really crappy couple of days. I've slipped into old habits and I am amazed at how easily it was done. I am an emotional eater, and I hate arguing with anyone regardless if I am right or wrong. It affects me and I turn to food. So as of today, as well as keeping a record of food points, I will be keeping a diary of how my day went, feelings, exercise etc and hopefully it will help me to STOP this very bad habit. I also eat when I'm bored, come to think of it I just EAT hee hee! Tomorrow we are all invited to an engagement party. Yay! I am looking forward to it and hopefully, no, I will be making good food choices. You have permission to kick my butt if I don't!!!!! Enjoy your weekend lovlies!!

Awwwwww hun STOP BEATING YOURSELF UP!!!! We all have days where we cant seem to get enough food and we are not even hungry!!!! I have a theory that maybe its when we get to certain levels on WW? Like at 6 weeks or 8 weeks or 3 months or whatever. Get what I mean? It just all seems to be to much and we need a break. Hey if my plan works - the kick start plan - you could maybe try that? Have a week off but watch it and then go back to tracking etc etc etc?
Why not try Chuppa Chups??? I have discovered them and at one point and they take ages to eat then it cant be all bad???
