Nope, didn't want to get out of bed this morning. I'm just too tired. Arrggggg, the thought of the school routine, making lunches, breakfast, uniforms, the dog ate my homework .......... and then I had to face THE SCALES. I put it off for as long as I could. Took the kids to school, had a coffee with mum and then I went for a 60min walk. Came home, made sure there was no fluid left inside me, stripped, positioned the scales, closed my eyes and stepped on. The numbers went up, down, up, up, down and finally settled. OMG I couldn't believe it, after the crappy week I just had I lost 300 grams. Hmmmm, I don't trust the scale gods, they play with my emotions, they torment me. Ok, I'll be extra careful this week and try to do all the right things (gulp) and hopefully there will be another little loss.

Hello my darlin! Hmmm thinking about those BASTARD Scale Gods and thinking why not do what I am doing for the next two weeks??? Scales in bottom of cupboard and just doing what is the correct thing - track/weigh food/count etc etc? Give it a try - If you promise to me you wont step on the scales I will promise you I wont.
