Here are two of my furry babies. Metch and Bear, they are Old English Sheepdogs. They are 3 years old and are two of my best friends, Even though they like to steal from our neighbours!
Yesterday was a bit of a icky day, I woke up with a migraine but I felt better after lunch and managed to go out for a walk (a slow one but I still managed it). Been sticking to my points and have been avoiding sugar.
My circle of WW friends is getting a bit wider and I am so glad to have the support from these gorgeous girls. It's funny that a lot of my friends are overweight, they complain about it, but won't do anything about it. I suppose you can't force someone to do something unless they are ready. Must go now and visit Cass, Bellas and Tracey's Blogs. I love it, I feel like I get more inspiration from these girls that my WW meetings!

My mum has an old english sheepdog and she's nuts...she loves to bark at birds and chase them around the yard haha...
They are so cute!!
