Yes! my blogger is working, thanks to my dear OT who fixed the problem.
Went to the beach this morning. The boys went surfing and caught some awesome waves, they are doing really well. I went for a walk along the beach, walked from Trigg to Scarborough and back again, it took me about 55 minutes. It was glorious at the beach this morning, it did me a world of good. I am finding hard losing weight this time around. I am not as enthusiastic as I was the first time around. The first time I joined WW I found it pretty easy to get to goal and get to Lifetime, this time I really lack motivation and emotional eating is my biggest downfall. Well, it's up to me to get my act together and I saw a nice new pair of jeans I'd like for winter but I would like them a size smaller, maybe that should be a mini goal.

Welcome back buddy!!! I definately dont like to see you struggling but I am totally there and understand what you are saying! I "use" you and Beth ( another one of us) to keep me on track and you are welcome to do the same with me! Its awesom having someone to vent to!
