

I'm ready amigos. Weighed in at 60.8, put it all bloody back on. Seriously pi$$ed off.
Breakfast: Weetbix with skim milk and cup of coffee with skim milk and equal
Lunch: Egg and salad sandwich, which uses up my quota for bread for the day
Dinner: Chicken salad, no oil with just a splash of Balsamic vinegar. 1 Cup of fruit salad
If I get hungry I can have some fruit/diet yoghurt/raw veges. Might have some green tea. Also must remember to guzzle water, I am feeling dehydrated today. If I stick to that plan today, I havn't used up any points allocated for the week. Vino Bud, please correct me if I'm wrong. Please correct me if I make a boo boo anywhere bud.
OH is at work today, so I am at home with the kids. So exercise for today will be keeping sane, cleaning up after yesterday's full house, try to get out into the garden and probably take the kids out for a bike ride.

I feel very tired and really peeved at myself. My goal is to be fair to myself and give this a good go. I'll keep it up and give it my all for 3 months. If after 3 months is over and I have stayed the same or yo-yoed, I think a trip to the Doc is on the agenda. OH has been keeping his eye on me and he can't understand why I have lugged the weight on again.

Its you and me VB - Ok I hear what you are saying about three months rather than a week - I shall DO IT WITH YOU! The new FattyBoomBa challenge is three months and I am committed - TOTALLY. Seriously - we have been doing this for 3 months on points and have both had a pretty darn shitty time of it so lets do this! Your day sounds like what I had and I used 3 of my 21 points with the cheese in the chicken salad. Feel great actually and feel better than I have in bloody weeks. WE CAN DO IT BUD!!! There is not just us alone matey - we have tons and tons of support - Erm ok thats if we can ever get to Miss KeeperofFattyBoomba Amigos Blog??????

You are doing fantastically, and don't worry about putting some weight back on - i KNOW I will this week, I ate soooo much junk over the weekend, and felt guilty with every bite.
I ate nearly a bag of popcorn from the Video Shop and some [small] choccie eggs, amongst other things!!
So don't worry, I'm totally with you there this weekend.
You will do great on the Skinnysexymama challenge, and so will T - you girls are awesome.
