Good morning luvlies!!! OH has just left for work and I am just having a nice peaceful cup of coffee before the mafiosa get up. Ready and willing to start Day 2 of the Fattyboomba Challenge. OH has started it with me (which makes things a bit easier). Core is not too bad at all. Good to talk to you yesterday vino bud, your enthusiasm is rubbing off on me, which is very good because I am starting to doubt this body of mine. Is there something wrong with me or has my body just got to used to being on points? Hee hee I can just picture you Mel, holding a whip and ready to push us through this!Ok
Breakfast - weetbix with skim milk, and cup of coffee
Lunch - same as yesterday (yes, I am boring)
Dinner - I am making a beef curry with lots of veges in it
Snacks - green tea, water, yoghurt and fruit
Have a busy day today, taking mum to the Docs. I also want to get out into the garden and pull out all the summer annuals, they are looking a bit over it. Kids want to go out for another bike ride and I'll try to find the time to do 30mins on the stair climber. The busier I am the less I want to snack (well, that's the theory anyway!)
