I have fallen of the Core Wagon. I went to a friends place for lunch today, this friend is a Chef, a bloody good chef, and cooked us girls a freakin banquet. So today my amigos, is a write it off as experience and get back on the wagon asap day!!!! I had a healthy breakfast and didn't eat anything till lunch and then *sigh* I had lunch, a small bowl of spinach and ricotta angolotti, served in a *gulp* creamy sauce but it also there was mushrooms, zuccinni it was very very yummy, yes indeedy yummy. Then, I ate a half of a slice of chocolate hazelnut layered torte, I could have eaten the whole lot but I stopped myself.
Forgive me T and Keeper of the FBC, I have sinned, badly, and tomorrow I shall not be evil - promise. I can hear the scale gods laughing already, ahhhh shut up, I am not beaten yet!!!!
Janet, if you are reading thing, come and join us and anyone else who feels they want to - I need lots n lots of help!!!

As per your advice, don't worry what happened today, just move on with tomorrow, maybe squeeze in a run and you will wipe that bad food off straight away!!

Punkin - The whole point of the hilarious FFBC is to make the journey a little easier. So you had a wonderful meal with friends? So what? I wish it had of been US sitting down to the Torte and pasta. Suck it up and lets just keep going!!! We are in this for the long haul and matey it may take a day or a week or a month extra to achieve our goals but bottom line with us all sticking together to support and encourage then we will succeed. Nobody but people like us understands the awful consumming guilt that takes over our lives when we try to enjoy a simple meal with friends. To my way of thinking - THATS why the FFBC is so much fun and it WILL take us to the end of our journey.
We still need to enjoy a meal with friends and STOP the obsessing. We simply cant do it all the time. Simple as that.
Good god I have woffled on but I think you feel the love and support.
