My dearest husband has hidden the scales. Can't find them, I want my scales. Dearest says I can't have them till Monday, maybe not even then. Don't push your luck buddy with a girl who wants HER SCALES!!! Ok craziness over, I did another, yes another 6 km run yesterday. It very nearly killed me, but I did it whooo hoo. Had a chat to vino bud last night, very nice to see vino bud happy and motivated. I feel it too, I'm back baby (or it depends on what the scale gods say on Monday! hee hee)

there I have had my rant - feel much better. We are back and buddy we are in it for three months. I didnt sign on to this outfit to have one of my fellow members get down because the STUPID scales say some stupid thing.
(Also doing that for myself - terrified for Monday buddy TERRIFIED)
