Ok, I had a massive loss of 100 grams!!! Hee hee, I did but believe me I am happy with that because I took a sneak peek at the scales on Sunday and they showed I had gained 800 grams so when I did the official weigh in today, I was very bloody happy that I had lost 100 grams. Whew!! It's TTOM so I guess that explains the 800 gram gain on Sunday, plus I did have a massive blow out during the week.
So back to it this week, I'll try to please the scale gods!

You are doing soooo well and don't worry about your blowout, I've had many of late...lol
