
I've started a sticker chart. OMG it makes me feel like I'm back at kindy. For everyday that I stick with the plan and exercise I get a sticker. I've put it up where everyone can see, so when I don't get a sticker, I have to "please explain ......". The past couple of days, I didn't get a sticker because Mr Smith of Smith's Crisps came knocking at my door and I ate his wares, bloody hell, I am so weak!!!!! So if I have a gain it's his freaking fault!!!!! LOL
I've also hurt my foot. Couple of days ago we were walking to the corner deli, I slipped on the curb and twisted my foot. A nice purply bluish bruise is coming up, I still went for a walk today. A slow one but its done. Ok luvies, must go and see that my little cherubs are doing their homework.

I did the same thing! I got a little A5 calender and some pretty shiney stars and popped a little sticker up when I exercised.
It REALLY helped me stay on track!
